When I met Danny it felt as though I was talking to one of my sons, instead of someone I had just met. Danny spoke so gently, without ostentation, with his eyes focused on mine. You don’t have that happen very often, at least this eighty-five year old doesn’t. All too often – when one is elderly – people tend to look over our heads and simply tolerate what we have to say. Danny didn’t do that, he listened, he really listened to me!
I had the chance to observe how Danny treated his wife and children, it was obvious that Danny truly values his family. This is an American who wants what is best for his family and mine, as well as the citizens of Nevada - who have, for far too long, had their needs placed on the back burner. Getting Harry Reid out of office may be uppermost in importance to Republicans. But now more than ever in our history, electing someone to the Senate who loves his country, who understands the effect of what is happening by uncontrolled spending, who really believes in the Constitution - is more important than ever in our Nations’ history.
Spending two hours with Danny proved to me – and I believe to all the others in attendance –that Danny should be Nevada’s next Senator, for he is someone who will work hard for us, while giving every waking moment for God, family and country.
